THE PROCESS
Once we've gathered some basic information we'll visit your practice or, if you prefer, everything can be organised remotely - it's entirely up to you.
You can get involved in the process or, after an initial discussion, leave everything in our capable hands.
We can organise a photoshoot at your practice. This can involve the dentists, therapists, nurses, receptionists, etc. or solely the dentists. We'll also take photos of the practice itself, both inside and outside. Alternatively, we're more than happy to work with your own photographs.
We can also interview each member of staff to create a short bio (so potential patients gets to know a little about your staff in advance). If you'd prefer, you can supply these bios yourself.
We can provide copy to best describe the treatments available at your practice or, as with the photos and bios, you can supply your own text (a Notepad/Word file is ideal).
We'll have a website live and working for you as soon as possible (usually within a week or two). We'll then register your domain name and website with the Google index (and your site will start climbing the rankings with immediate effect).
We'll then work on the site as its live, perfecting it from both an aesthetic and functional/SEO point of view. We'll also make sure that your site adheres to GDPR and the GDC's current guidelines.
We will, of course, discuss the process with you in advance and progress in whichever way you prefer.
